The family recipe collection in the making

I am still catching up with the weekly blopgosts of the 52 ancestors challenge and while going through the list of topics I stumbled over “In the kitchen”

Thinking about our family tradition when it comes to food I realized that I do cook how I learnt it from my parents and how the learnt it from their parents (well in that case, I have so say from their moms), but that we don’t have a “Family Cookbook”.

I think that has to changed which means I have a new project: sitting down with my parents and creating a family recipe collection!

And I can’t wait to discover new anecdotes about my family and my ancestors while doing that!

What is your most favourite family recipe! I would love to hear from you.
